Dearest Tantra Tribe,
It is with a heavy heart that I report that Priestess of the Phoenix Goddess Temple, Tracy Elise was taken to jail today, after being charged guilty on all counts. We are still waiting for sentencing which is scheduled for April 8th. The potential sentencing time in AZ women’s prison seems to be a minimum of 3 years and the maximum given in the Courts is 70 years, but that was before some of the counts were dropped so let’s open the prayer field for the most compassionate sentence.
Her son Benjamin will appear on Chan 12 in AZ with the argument t the case was too complicated for the jury to understand. She will be looking for an experienced appeal attorney and needing community support like never before. Tracy is a pioneer and an archtype. Her position as the leader of a Sacred Sexual church is being tried and tested for all of us. The court may have charged her guilty, but we have much work to do still in the court of public opinion.

Tracy Elise is still in jail. Her sentencing has been moved to May 6th. We do not know which women’s prison she will be transfered to, but in the mean time, the food is terrible and the only information she gets is what we send her. It’s Springtime! What’s new?  Here’s my new writing declaration for the season:
 I will hereby attempt to complete the first draft of my next novel within the next 7 weeks. I wrote the first 50K of this novel as a challenge in November of 2014, and after over a year of working on other projects (Sacred Sex Sutras, Poly Pearls) it’s time to pick her back up! It will be an erotic romance based on my perverted poly adventures with Roxanne DePalma. The working title is “52 Fridays with My Bitch,” Here is the first line of the manuscript:

I’m sure my mother was grateful for that
on the days I’d wake up to find empty
tequila bottles around the back yard fire pit

So I tiptoed off to school, lest my footsteps
disturb my father who’d be up early
typing in his study, if he was home at all

But silence and stillness never suited me
as a teenager I learned to stomp around
and though awkward on the dance floor
I would find ways to let the music out

In college I discovered my words
and my body, and poetry
in radical feminist coffee shoppes
and ever since, I’ve been working my craft

so that today I can sing this song:
This one is for my husband
the multi-instrumentalist who
tells jokes and writes and sings
and  never complains about
my tone deaf rants

You found an unknown artist
who was wounded and blocked
you took her into your temple
and tended her wounds
ending her searching and suffering

in fact you watered them like seeds

Life is a laboratory. My reality is a series of radical experiments. Since I move with the moon, I enjoy having a monthly cycle. The Calendar month has proven a wonderful time to course correct and take on a new challenge. That’s why I started an online group to join me for the 30 day challenge. This blog is my attempt to report the results of my hands on researcher since I started running this group 5 months ago.

• In February, I started off with a positivity challenge where I stopped all bitching, complaining and blaming. (26/30)
• In March I committed to sweating in the sauna every morning for 20 minutes.
• In April I wrote love letters to my Husband every day. (29/30)
• In May I wrote a sex scene for my new book: 52 Fridays with My Bitch. (20/30)
• And this month I am challenging myself to do a little self promotion every day since, (which, by the way, is what inspired this blog post.)

I Hundreds of adventurous spirits have selected all kinds of other challenges for themselves when they joined me for the community experience on FB where we posted paintings, and videos of ourselves playing instruments and performing sit ups, or whatever other spiritual practice they chose.

Participation is simple:
Introduce yourself and make a declaration of your commitment for the month.
Post your progress at your own pace. On day 10, 20 & 30 you will be quizzed on how many days did you do your practice?
You can comment on other’s posts as much as you want.  Taking a consequence if you do not do your practice is optional. And the final step is to celebrate that you did your practice more because of the group than you would have done it if you were all alone! 

Most people were self motivated, some were stuck and needed more support than others and then others just seemed to disappear. My husband is an example of someone who did his practice every day for 30 days, but never once checked in or commented on anyone else’s progress. and then there was a woman who boldly stated that the challenge was not for her because she got up in her head about people pleasing and it was more ego confronting than it was worth. So this process is certainly not for everyone.  And especially not for those who join the group just to try to get poly relationship advice from me… because, I have been taking a break from coaching, and other speaking engagments as I am in a deep writing retreat and this is a wonderful way for me to support the community and get supported for it.

It’s not a secret that Amazon has become a monopoly. Everyone knows that big business tends to reduce choice, set prices, and stifle innovation. Even Fortune ran an article complaining that the Amazon Marketplace is to blame for impoverishing the entire book industry, as they continue to squeeze profits from artists, authors, and booksellers.  But what is less talked about is how damaging is its control of printed material. Amazon and Kindle have secret company content guidelines and have taken to pulling titles that are inappropriate to their agenda.

So the big mystery for me is WHY did they Censor the Sacred Slut Sutras?! I know of a half a dozen books from Amazon with “Slut” in the title, such as: The Ethical Slut,
The Perfect Slut
Campus slut
Cyber slut
Filthy Slut
Slut Abducted
Nympho: How I Met my Adorable Slut Wife
And my personal favorite title: Grandmother Was Slut Shamed: Me and Nana Too
(If you are inspired to purchase any of the above books, PLEASE consider sourcing them somewhere other than Amazon.)

So, you can imagine my shock and confusion when after 3 years of writing, editing and designing my new book, “The Sacred Slut Sutras,” Amazon flat out refused to list and or promote it. The only excuse I was given was that it “contained content that is in violation of our content guidelines.” They refused to offer any specifics or further info about what content was offensive.

After extensive research all I could find is this guideline from Amazon:

“Offensive Material: What we deem offensive is probably about what you would expect. Amazon Digital Services, Inc. reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of Titles sold on our site.”

Seeking clarity, I called an Amazon representative and they told me that “someone at Amazon must have flagged the book cover.” When I asked if there was any way to un-flag it they said, I could try re-publishing a whole new edition of the book with a new cover and ISBN number. So that’s exactly what I did, and $300 later, guess what? They CENSORED me again!

I was just informed by Amazon that due to the adult content of my new book, it will not come up when searched, even by title. It is hidden under “adult themes” so even if someone knows to search BOTH the title of the book PLUS my name (and manage to spell everything correctly) they still can’t find it under Adult Content.

To be fair, I’m not categorically against censorship. I am constantly censoring violence, slander and misinformation, especially in front of my child, and as a public figure I understand the world may not be ready to hear ALL the gritty details of my kinky, queer life. Censorship is simply “the suppression of speech, public communication or other information which may be considered objectionable, harmful, sensitive, politically incorrect or inconvenient as determined by governments, media outlets, authorities or other groups or institutions.”  Since Amazon is a private entity, they are entitled to promote or sell whatever they want. HOWEVER, as an independent artist who wants to participate in their platform, don’t I deserve to know the specifics of their company policies?

For example, are they pro-rape or against it?

One author who has suffered from Amazon censorship is: Kyle Michel Sullivan who wrote: How To Rape A Straight Guy & Rape In Holding Cell 6. 

And YET Amazon carries a number of books that seemingly support rape including the “Bang” books by Roosh V (Daryush Valizadeh). Through this series, the author teaches men how to get away with rape and campaigning to make rape legal. Why doesn’t Amazon pull this book? Even after 250,000 people have signed a petition asking Amazon to stop selling it?  Perhaps they are simply making too much money off him.

Which begs the question: was the Sacred Slut Sutras removed from their cyber bookshelf because I’m an unknown underdog that doesn’t have a big publisher to fight for me, or because I’m trying to use citizen journalism to get my leftist, feminist, sexually liberating message out?

I didn’t know who I was, when I got a fake ID so I could get into the local lesbian bar called ‘Aint Nobody’s Business’ at age 19, and for a few hours a week I finally felt what it was like to belong. Even though my mind was insecure: What do people think of me? Will they accept me? Am I enough? Am I lovable? My body was finally free to dance and move and express. Dancing is a revolutionary act. As such, to me, dance spaces are sacred temples. Today when I think about my brothers and sisters in Orlando who were expressing themselves in their local LGBT temple, my heart cracks open. I want to dedicate my dance to every brother and sister who is still stuck and afraid to be themselves. Especially those with Internalized homophobia. Including Omar Mateen, who had been known to attend the Pulse nightclub as many as a dozen times before the mass shooting. For you I’ll pray. To you, I dedicate this dance.

Have you ever gone without talking to someone for so long that you worry it is going to be awkward when you finally do? I’m sorry I avoided writing you for so long. Forgive me now if I skip the small talk, but because of my fierce commitment to authentic expression, and since I’ve already let you watch me naked on TV, I’m just going to jump in and pick up where we left off…

There have been so many changes this season that it feels like a whole new ME, meeting a whole new YOU. Once we are all caught up, I’ll intend to keep up a deeper dialogue with an online Talk Show called: Poly Pillow Talk. In the meantime these are the intimate matters of my heart:

Health Update:

I have not had a seizure since December. After many months of deep rest, trauma therapy, eating plant based proteins and sweating every day, I feel more radiant and embodied than ever. According to my last battery of medical tests, I am free from mold toxins and have my doctor’s blessings to resume working. So instead of loading up my schedule with clients, public appearances and speaking engagements, I’m stopping to ask myself: What lights up my soul? We humans have such a short and potentially magical time on planet Earth. As such, I’m not interested in anything that isn’t deeply aligned with my value for Love, Truth, Liberation and of course, it’s got to be Fun!

Coming Out… of Sabbatical:

Despite the loss my web provider and a huge unexpected database crash, I’ve felt a deep calling to resume working with other Love leaders. After co-teaching several spontaneous events with Reid Mihalko, I am officially back in service. I am offering private mentorship to other healers, speakers and authors who want to increase their impact of their life’s work. Book Update:

I’ve been writing like a mad woman! I graduated 18 students from my recent writing course!  And while my next book Polyamory Pearls is pushing down the birthing canal, (hopefully the birthdate will be independence day, this 4th of July) I shifted my focus from the Pleasure Bible with Marc Gafni back to co-authoring 52 Fridays with my Bitch. Which is an erotic novel based on a true story of how two polyamorous lesbian perverts use their deviant fantasies to heal the gap between depravity and devotion.

Family Update:

Most of March was spent recovering from the false sexual abuse allegations that were filed because of our open and out poly lifestyle. Michael and I are celebrating that as a result of their cross examination, Child Protective services in the city of San Diego will dismiss false claims that come from unrelated parties in the future! Huge gratitude to everyone who held space during that time, even though we were cautiously withholding details. It’s a relief to finally lift the veils of secrecy and be able to share everything we’ve learned. FYI: Devin graduated from 3rd grade, today!

Roxanne and I just celebrated our 5 year Polyversary with a fun Live stream interview on FB, Check it out. Michael and I enjoyed 2 weeks of re-connection with the extraordinary unicorn priestess: Ria. Michael has been experiencing a range of romantic and sexual encounters with a number of poly goddesses. Recently, our former live in lover, Rachel came to town and we had a series of intimate healing discussions where we decided that even though we’ve had our challenges at the level of the personality and circumstance, the love never went away.  We plan to reconnect and dive deeper with her and her beloved whenever our respective tantra and poly paths might cross, especially in Sweden this summer.

Summer Plans?

In JULY I’m Starting another 30 day challenge to build a spiritual practice in June. Personally, I have chosen to practice compersion (which is the opposite of Jealousy) We are a group of about 30 friends on Facebook who are practicing all kinds of other daily habits, like journaling, dance, sweating, nature hikes, meditating…etc….want to join us?! It’s an understatement to say that navigating multiple open relationships can be challenging. Writing a book about it is even harder. Since I am currently launching a fun new book called Polyamory Pearls: Invaluable wisdom on Open Relationships, Jealousy, Group Sex and Other Spiritual Pursuits, I thought it would be helpful to recommend some of my favorite books on the subject. This is a shout out to some other authors who have helped me and my lovers create an extraordinary sex and love life. So I went to my bookshelf and these are the top 10 books that I typically recommend when someone needs relationship help. It’s exciting to think that my new book will be in such good company on the bookshelf.

Here’s a list of my top 10 favorite books on the topic of free love, polyamory, open relationships and ethical non-monogamy:

10 Sex at Dawn: The Prehistoric Origins of Modern Sexuality*, by Christopher Ryan and Cacilda Jethá (HarperCollins, June 2010). From Wikipedia: In opposition to what the authors see as the ‘standard narrative’ of human sexual evolution, they contend having multiple sexual partners was common and accepted in the environment of evolutionary adaptedness. Mobile self-contained groups of hunter gatherers are posited as the human norm before agriculture led to high population density. According to the authors, before agriculture, sex was relatively promiscuous, and paternity was not a concern, in a similar way to the mating system of Bonobos. According to the book, sexual interactions strengthened the bond of trust in the groups; far from causing jealousy, social equilibrium and reciprocal obligation was strengthened by playful sexual interactions.

9. The Ethical Slut, Second Edition; A Practical Guide to Polyamory, Open Relationships & Other Adventures, by Dossie Easton and Janet W. Hardy (Ten Speed Press, March 2009). The essential guide for singles and couples who want to explore polyamory in ways that are ethically and emotionally sustainable.

7. The Polyamory Handbook: A User’s Guide, by Peter J. Benson (Author House, March 2008). You’ve probably heard of polyamory-expanded loving relationships, done openly and honestly. Maybe you’ve had caring feelings for someone else even though you love your spouse or partner as deeply as always. Maybe you’re single; you want a committed relationship with someone; but you don’t want to give up the freedom to date others with integrity. Maybe you and your spouse or partner already live a polyamorous lifestyle-but sometimes you aren’t sure how to proceed. Maybe the two of you would like to bring a third partner, or more, into your hearts and home as a triad, quad, etc., but you aren’t sure how to go about it. Maybe you are already a family of three, four, or more, but the complex interpersonal dynamics threaten to overwhelm you.

Whether you are well experienced with polyamory, or new at it, or curious about it, you’ll find answers here, all conveniently arranged in numbered sections for easy reference. The author has had many decades of experience living various forms of polyamory, including in a multi-adult household, in a polyamorous couple, and as a secondary. He is co-founder of three local polyamory groups and has led workshops at various polyamory conferences.

6.  More Than Two: A Practical Guide to Ethical Polyamory, by Franklin Veaux and Eve Rickert (Thorntree Press, Sept. 2, 2014).Can you love more than one person? Have multiple romantic partners, without jealousy or cheating? Absolutely! Polyamorous people have been paving the way, through trial and painful error. Now the new book More Than Two can help you find your own way. With completely new material and a fresh approach, Franklin Veaux and Eve Rickert wrote More Than Two to expand on and update the themes and ideas in the wildly popular polyamory website morethantwo.com.

5.  The Polyamorists Next Door: Inside Multiple-Partner Relationships and Families, by Elisabeth Sheff (Rowman & Littlefield, Nov. 2013).The Polyamorists Next Door introduces polyamorous families, in which people are free to pursue emotional, romantic, and sexual relationships with multiple people at the same time, openly and with support from their partners, sometimes forming multi-partner relationships, or other arrangements that allow for emotional and sexual freedom within the family system. In colorful and moving details, this book explores how polyamorous relationships come to be, grow and change, manage the ins and outs of daily family life, and cope with the challenges they face both within their families and from society at large. Using polyamorists’ own words, Dr. Elisabeth Sheff examines polyamorous households and reveals their advantages, disadvantages, and the daily lives of those living in them.

4.The Jealousy Handbook: Exercises and insights for managing open relationships, by Kathy Labriola (Greenery Press, Sept. 2013). A counselor and nurse specializing in polyamorous singles, couples and groupings, Kathy Labriola has spent many years helping people to understand and manage their jealousy. This book is a compendium of the techniques and exercises she has developed, as well as tips and insights from the polyamory community’s top educators, therapists and authors. These accessible, simple techniques are designed to be easily implemented in the event of an intense jealousy crisis. They are even more useful if undertaken over a period of time before a jealousy crisis happens, to build a skill set that will be at hand to help managing jealousy when and if it does occur.

From Poly in the Media: It presents 42 practical exercises, embedded in chapters on determining whether an open relationship is right for you, understanding your jealousy and its roots, determining its triggers, determining whether it may be rational for the situation at hand, and intervention strategies for managing it and addressing common external problems. The book includes chapters on best-practice communication skills for polyfolks and jealousy tips and techniques from other professionals with expertise in open relationships.

3. Polyamory in the 21st Century: Love and Intimacy with Multiple Partners, by Deborah Anapol (Rowman & Littlefield, July 2010).Unlike other books on this topic, Polyamory in the 21st Century weaves together research and facts to provide an informed and impartial analysis of polyamory as a lifestyle and as a movement, and to place it in a psychosocial as well as an historical context. Anecdotes and personal experiences allow the reader to develop a better understanding of polyamory and the people who practice and enjoy it. Anapol addresses the practical, the utopian, and the shadow sides of this intriguing, mysterious, yet often threatening lifestyle. It honestly addresses difficult issues such as the nature of commitment without exclusivity, balancing personal needs with loyalty to a partner, evaluating beliefs about love and relationship, the impact of polyamory on children, and the challenges that arise when one partner wants monogamy and another prefers polyamory. Without judgement, she explores this increasingly common practice, and reveals the true nature of a lifestyle that many do not understand.

2. Polyamory: The New Love Without Limits: Secrets of Sustainable Intimate Relationships, by Deborah Anapol (IntiNet Resource Center, 1997; a revision and expansion of her original Love Without Limits: The Quest for Sustainable Intimate Relationships: Responsible Nonmonogamy, 1992). This book is addressed to the millions of men and women who are “failing” at traditional relationships and who feel guilty,isolated, and ashamed. To the increasing numbers of single people who are sacrificing family for freedom, and thousands of intrepid souls who have matured beyond a blind acceptance of monogamy as the only legitimate from of sexua love and who are pioneering new relationship territory. 

From Poly in the Media: Deborah Anapol’s book was the bible of the early modern poly movement and for some time was practically its only book. She takes a spiritual approach to love and sex that continues to resonate with some people and not others. Introduced seminal insights on jealousy and how to handle it. 

1.  Polyamory Pearls by Kamala Devi (Zendow Press, July 2016) In over a decade of doing media on polyamory, Kamala Devi has mastered the fine art of speaking in soundbites. This book is stuffed with sexy one-liners on everything from threesomes to open marriage. ✔Jennifer and Tahl are happy, healthy and even though they moved out and got a divorce, they are still very close friends with each other as well as with everyone else in the pod. Tahl has been focused on building his acupuncture business while Jennifer has been running her own Pilates studio. Jennifer and Jesse had an intimate wedding (with a fabulous steam punk theme pictured above) and they bought a house where they live with their two dogs.

✔I’ve continued my weekly play dates with my girlfriend Roxanne for over 5 years, now. (Watch our live streaming anniversary celebration here.) She had an open marriage ceremony with her beloved Daniel (which I was honored to  co-officiate.)  Roxanne has since started erotic dancing and is opening her own pole dance studio. There is no such thing as a magic pill that will make us reach enlightenment overnight. But here’s an interesting little story about how I stumbled into what I believe to be the most radical “smart drug” on the market today, and how after 3 months of experimenting with Neurohacking, it has had the most astounding effect on my spiritual practice, (of all things!)  

I often think of life as a laboratory. Which is ironic since I don’t consider myself a scientist. (The only time you’d catch me in a white lab coat is for some kinky role play.)  I am an artist. And my mission is to guide myself and others enjoy the individual yet indivisible nature of the soul.

I also consider myself a Tantrika, which as dogmatic as it may sound, simply means that I am awake to the non-dual nature of reality.  I have a whole handful of other identities which I can take on and off  (like lab coats) in different circumstances: Mother, wife, author, speaker, activist, goddess… You get the idea.

In recent years, because of several acute health symptoms, my experimentation led me to the wonderful world of Neurohacking, which eventually led me even deeper into an astounding new relationship with Qualia. What is that, you ask?  

Neurohacking: A colloquial term for ‘do it yourself’ neuroengineering or biohacking that focuses on the brain. Strictly speaking it is any method of manipulating or interfering with the structure and/or function of neurons for improvement or repair. (Source: Wiki) 

It’s common knowledge that our mental function is affected by adjustments in diet, sleep, exercise, meditation and supplementation– this is neurohacking in it’s simplest form.  Most people agree that it is important to take our health matters into our own hands, but as soon as we start experimenting with specific kinds of supplements, (namely “smart drugs” performance or cognitive enhancers) the conversation gets clouded with judgement, fear and ignorance. We’ve been strictly taught that our brain chemistry should be left in the hands of professionals.

However, most cognitive enhancers are not FDA approved, and the more research I did on what is involved in government regulations, the more I learned about the politics of commercially motivated corruption. After reflecting on my own physical and psychiatric consultations throughout my adult life, I realized there is no doctor that knows what is best for my body, better than I do. And that is even more true of my mind.

I have friends who were deep into applied neurochemistry and they encouraged me to “learn the science, do the research, commit your own experience into our shared understanding and to take empowered responsibility for your own neurology.” These same friends started Neurohacker Collective, and subsequently introduced me to a new cognitive enhancer called “Qualia.”
At first I the resistance was high: I told myself, Neurohacking is a new field,I am sensitive (and slim) and have a history of mental instability. But the more I read about how comprehensively they considered the field and how diligently they vetted ingredients for negative side effects, the more I opened to the experiment.  

Are you ready to read my results!?

DAY 1: I’m a woman on fire! Focus, clarity, productivity and most importantly my creativity was through the roof. I was putting the final touches on the final draft of the new book I was about to publish and wishing I started had started this experiment earlier!

WEEK 1: My mental sharpness continued (especially verbal/linguistic skills) and I noticed a significant elevation in my mood. I started waking up every morning feeling grateful! And this was at the lowest possible dosage, so I did not see any reason to increase. The instructions on the bottle also suggested I take 5 days on and cycle off for 2 days, so I didn’t take them on Fridays and Sundays, (because those are play days, no need for productivity.)

Downside: Throughout the week I noticed several side effects: 1) At night I felt too high and had a difficult time settling in for sleep, which was easily remedied with herbal non-pharmaceutical sleep aid. 2) On my 2 days off, I felt lethargic and a sort of brain fog. I wondered: was this the early signs of neurotransmitter depletion, dependency, or just the contrast of my normal brain function when I had gotten used to my enhanced new capacities…? I decided to stay curious.

MONTH 1: I dominated my daily to-do list with glee! Resistance to even the hardest tasks seemed to dissolve. I had the energy to exercise, and make meals for my family. And the damndest thing happened: I actually started doing dishes and other domestic duties that I normally loath. By far, the biggest benefit was the overall sense of resilience. The drama of my once complicated love life now felt manageable. This was not just because of my newfound emotional stability, I actually had a dramatic increase in decision-making and problem solving skills.  

Downside: If I didn’t eat a big enough breakfast I would get the jitters. If I didn’t get enough sleep, Qualia would not have much effect on me. I eventually learned to add 5HTP, Calcium-Magnesium and GABA to my evening routine so that I could get a full 7 hours nightly.

MONTH 2: People around me started to notice, “Are you doing something different?” Yes, I would tell them I’ve been meditating in the morning, working out, planning my day, eating well and spending several hours a day as a brilliant and prolific author, sleeping 8 hours a night…and Oh yeah, I almost forgot, I’m taking this new cognitive enhancer called Qualia. Maybe I should have mentioned that the reason I was able to keep up with most of these healthy habits is BECAUSE of Qualia!? Throughout the years, I have consistently been attempting to balance my spiritual practices, but I often don’t have the energy to do them all…Now, I have a routine. I wake up from the great mystery of dreamtime and drink a glass of water with “Step 1” of Qualia, (on an empty stomach) and since I have to wait a half hour before taking “Step 2” (on a full stomach) I made a habit of meditating for 20 minutes, then blending a nutritious smoothie to wash down my 2 pills, then  plan my day and confidently tackle the rest of my list.  

Downside: My brain fog on Fridays and Sundays seemed to disappear, I catch myself feeling guilty, like I’ve stumbled on a secret weapon, that I now had an “unfair advantage” or that all my awesomeness was somehow not “real.”

MONTH 3: Now, this is where the experiment gets really, really interesting. I am now flooded with new insights and revelations on a daily basis, the depth of which are previously only accessible during deep retreat. And the epiphany is embodied deep into my cells, it’s coming from the bottom up, as opposed to the top down.  How do I explain this? The mission of Qualia is to upgrade the hardware that consciousness runs on. For me that means my brain’s capacity is being upgraded to keep up with my soul.  I’ve come to realize that all the movement, breath, sound and consciousness raising exercises are meaningless if my hardware can’t handle the high frequency of my consciousness. I’ve devoted my life to the study of where spirit meets flesh and in over 2 decades of non-conventional practices, I have never encountered a supplement (or stack) that has personified my non-dual values better than this one.

Downside? This month I noticed I now feel brighter and clearer than ever, even on my days off. On the rare occasion that I accidentally skip or miss a day of Qualia, I hardly notice. No more hangovers. What’s more, my memory and creativity seem to be sustainably growing. Is it possible that these supplements support long term benefit to the brain, indeed several of the ingredients claim to Support neuroplasticity through increasing dendrite membranes. After only a 3 month trial, I am hopeful.

Should you try it? Obviously your mileage will vary. Every individual’s brain chemistry and tolerance is different (even at different times in their lives.) This specific formulation is not going to yield the same results for any two people. And it’s up to the user to adjust the dosage to their own body and lifestyle. I have friends who use Qualia in high doses to work out or stay up late at dance parties or writing deadlines. I have others who are too sensitive and it makes them feel anxious. This product is clearly NOT for everyone, but  if you are an extraordinary soul who’s eager to realize your conscious potential, I recommend you conduct your own experiment.

Beloved One,

Sometimes my tantric path feels so transformative that I’ve stepped into a whole new incarnation during this lifetime, I didn’t even have to die to be reincarnated.

Remember the bright young woman that moved in with me and my husband and son? Rachel. For two years we tried to re-define our marriage so that we could live together as a triad, but due to stress, jealousy, health and personality differences— we ended up parting ways. It was painful…
…And growthful.
We have each been doing our fair share of shadow work. In the last 2 years, not only have I transformed my health, but Michael and I have rebuilt our marriage from the bottom up. Meanwhile, Rachel met a beautiful man and moved with him to Sweden. Somehow, this summer we’ll all be spending time traveling, teaching, working and playing together at the Angsbaka Tantra Festival followed by a deep dive into the Spiritual Sexual Shamanic Experience led by Bruce Lyon, Dhyan Nityan & myself. Our girlfriend Ria will also be traveling with us, along with dozens of others from our soul tribe. I love having an international tantra tribe, that connects through ISTA. It feels like an unbelievable dream come true.

Ever noticed how all the data in the “About You” section of Facebook is self designated. We can “write in” where we were born, have visited, lived, what we do and where we work but NOT our FAMILY & RELATIONSHIP.
